Petroleum coke granules are categorized into graphitized petroleum coke and semi-graphitized petroleum coke. Manufactured via high-temperature graphitization followed by crushing, milling, screening and iron removal, they are high-end carburizer raw materials for metallurgy. Non-carbon impurities, sulfur, nitrogen and volatile matters in raw coke are decomposed and eliminated under high temperature, while amorphous carbon transforms into lamellar graphite crystalline structure. Featuring black granular or powdery appearance with distinctive graphite metallic luster, the products serve as premium dedicated carburizers for steelmaking and ductile iron casting.
